DJDunia.Com respects the rights of music creators, DJs, labels, publishers and other copyright owners. Our publishing policy is to make releases available only where the necessary permission, licence or other lawful basis has been obtained.
For uploaders and contributors
Before submitting any song, remix, artwork or other material, confirm that you own it or hold written permission or a valid licence covering the intended publication, streaming and download availability. Keep the permission record and be able to provide it if requested. Do not assume that crediting an artist or linking to an original source is itself permission.
Submit a copyright complaint
A rights holder or authorised representative should submit a report through the Contact Us form using the DMCA / Copyright category. Include:
- Your full name, a valid email address and your role or authority to act for the rights holder.
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the exact DJDunia URL(s) being reported.
- A clear explanation of the rights concern and any permission or licence details relevant to the report.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to submit the report.
Do not include account passwords or unrelated sensitive information. We may contact you for clarification before taking action.
Review and removal
We review complete reports and may temporarily restrict access to identified material while checking the permission record and facts. Where a valid rights concern is confirmed, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material and recording the decision.
Permission records
Contributors should retain written permissions, licences, release approvals or other supporting records and provide them promptly when requested. Permission should cover the actual publishing method and territories where required.
